While people in the US have been using their iPod touch with Verizon's MiFi portable wireless hotspot, some european companies have recently begum to couple their MiFi like services with an iPod touch as a bundle. This is interesting because it is officially starting to move the iPod Touch out into the wild. With a backgrounded SIP program like Skype, this could basically turn any iPod Touch into an iPhone...creating a problem for AT&T's iPhone stronghold in the US.
